Gift Cards

• Gift cards will no longer be available for purchase after 20th January 2024.
• Gift cards can be used to shop in-store in the garden centre and the gift and homewares shop.
• Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift cards may only be used for purchases at Elegant Outdoors and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are in AUD currency and cannot be redeemed outside of Australia.
• The funds available can be verified upon request or at the time of purchase in the shop.
• No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Elegant Outdoors.
• Gift cards expire 36 months after the date of issue which is shown on the reverse of the card.
• Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use.
• Where the price of the goods or services being purchased with a gift card exceeds the card balance (unspent value), you must pay the amount exceeding the balance by an alternative payment method accepted by Elegant Outdoors.
• Once your gift card has reached a nil balance it cannot be reactivated.
• After a gift card has been activated (the initial loading of value onto the card), you cannot subsequently add value to it.
• We reserve the right to place a stop on a gift card if you report that it has been lost or stolen. However, we have no obligation to replace or refund value for a lost or stolen gift card.
• You are responsible for your gift card and are liable for all transactions made using your gift card.
